Who is Stronger?

Romans 7: 15-20

For _x I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate. ¹⁶ Now if I do what I do not want, I agree with _y the law, that it is good. ¹⁷ So now  it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me. ¹⁸ For I know that nothing good dwells  in me, that is, in my flesh. For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out. ¹⁹  For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I keep on doing. ²⁰ Now if I do what I do not want, _c it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me.

Many times many of us can relate our life with this verse. We want to be good, kind, loving but we most of the times we fail terribly. Is there a way out of this situation in our life...??? Wretched man that I am!.... this is the statement of many of us.

Romans 7.25

   Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!

The truth shall set us free!!......But how...???

Soul = Dust + Breath of God... (Genesis 2.7)

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

So...
Human being = Dust + Breath of God(Spirit of God) + Soul. 
 We are made of three things. Imagine you are made of 3 persons. 1- Dust(flesh)...2- Spirit man..3- Soul man

Eccl 12.7

Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

 Thus the soul is the one who has to face the judgement before God. 

1) Dust Man- Loves the things of this world. Wants to sin and be rebellious. does what is contradictory to the Spirit.
2) Spirit Man - Loves the things of God. Seeks the things of God. Want to do what is right.

3) Soul Man- Double minded person. The above 2 Men (Flesh Man & Spirit Man) will try to pull this Soul Man towards them. So obviously who ever is stronger takes the Soul man to His side.

We can consider the Soul Man like the Ball or the doll...

We can think for ourselves Which Man inside of you is stronger...?

How does the Spirit Man become stronger...?
We need air water and food to live. Without this a man cannot survive.
Air - Word of God
Water -Prayer
Food - Obedience to the Word of God
If you are a person who is feeding your Spirit Man with these 3 things then he will become stronger in You.


How does the Flesh Man become stronger...?
Air- all the negative information and things that are not from the Word of God.
Water - Prayerlessness.
Food - Disobedience to the Word of God.

Now you can judge which Man we are feeding more the Spirit Man or the Flesh Man??

Col 3.1-5

1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. ² Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. ³ For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. ⁴ When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

1 John 2:15-17

15  Do not love the world or the things in the world. _w If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. ¹⁶ For all that is in the world -  the desires of the flesh and  the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions - is not from the Father but is from the world. ¹⁷ And  the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.

 

THE CRY OF MY HEART

STRETCH YOUR FAITH AND PICK YOUR MIRACLE!

 

When I just read about this woman with the issue of Blood, all that i can see in her is How she is able to  Stretch her Faith in Jesus.. We all have faith on God, but the question is up to what extend . This woman suffered for  12 years. We humans get sick and tired of our sickness many times. For this woman, suffering was part of her life. We may feel she has wasted all her years in pain but Because of her One Act of Faith on Jesus, her Faith is mentioned in the Bible and so many sermons have been given!. She sternly believed that Jesus could heal her.! 

Now I imagine myself in her position. When all my life is suffering and pain I would not want to face people or even go out of my home. I would have accepted my condition and lost all hope thinking I have to be like this till I die! may be I would have given up after consulting all best Doctors.

I learned How to Stretch the Faith that we have in God. In her pain she chose to come out of the dwelling place. Out of the fact that she was bleeding and sick. She got up from her comfort place and Stepped out to Stretch her Faith.

What is your Problem that is Clinging on to you for a longer period??

Come out of the thought that YOU have a problem!

Just Stretch your Faith and Pick Your Miracle 

Another lesson to be learned is that, even when there so many people crowding around Jesus and Shouting Jesus was able to see the woman's need whose was not noticed by many.

what is your cry? Though there are so mane people Praising and worshiping Jesus, He hears your cry amidst all that  in a special way!

HE IS ALWAYS HEARING YOUR PRAYERS!

A Blind Man named Bartimaeus was sitting by the road when Jesus was passing by. He Shouted to Jesus to have Mercy on Him but the people around him rebuked him which would have made his faith and hope go down of being healed. In the mist of the negative situation around him he shouted all the more loudly to Jesus. The circumstances around him said 'you wont be healed' but there was a inner voice of faith on Jesus that welled up in him of being healed. The voice of this Blind man reached Jesus and his faith brought healing to him. 

When all the Situations and people gives a negative report of your situation and future, what is your response to that? Do you accept and believe the voice of the world or on the Word of God. 

What is your level of Faith in God!

AGAIN THIS BLIND MAN STRETCHED HIS FAITH TO THE MAXIMUM EXTEND THAT HE COULD RECEIVE HIS MIRACLE.. 

There was a paralytic man carried by four men to be healed by Jesus but the room was crowded they could not enter inside carrying this man.

The four men had no hope of entering inside the home but they never gave up instead found a way to reach out God and so opened the roof and brought this man down. The thing that these men did, again shows not the Faith alone but the extend and stretching of their Faith..

What if we were in those men's position. We would first of all never bothered about someone else. But here because of the Faith of those four men the paralytic man was healed...

SEE WHAT YOUR FAITH CAN DO IN OTHER PEOPLE'S LIFE..

FIND A WAY TO REACH OUT TO JESUS!

STRETCH YOUR FAITH!

ALL THESE PEOPLE STRETCHED FAITH AND RECEIVED THEIR MIRACLE

DO NOT SEE THROUGH THE NATURAL EYES BUT SEE THROUGH THE EYES OF FAITH!

JESUS IS THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE!

MEANING OF MY LIFE

This WAS Me!

not loved by many
not known by many
not born with talents
nothing to boast
no special feature to admire in me
no good reason that people should be my friend
not a good child to my parents that they would feel proud of me
no Good abilities in me
no perfect health
no confidence to face situations
no Strong heart to overcome hurts
nothing to attract people
no great Skills
not good in making relationships
not a master of anything
was a failure
had no excellence
In short GOOD FOR NOTHING!

I wondered would there be any meaning for the life that I was living on this earth???

BUT I FOUND that
THE MEANING OF MY LIFE WAS

not my success
not my victory
not my abilities or skills
not my influence to attract others
not my good words
not the  special features or talents
not the skills to make and maintain relationships

THE MEANING OF MY LIFE BECAME A PERSON!

Someone who came in search of me!
Someone who loved me even when I din know that person!
Someone who waits patiently for me!
Someone who knew me inside out!
Someone who cares for me amidst all my shortcomings!
Someone who never stops loving me for all my wrong doings!
Someone who is always ready to forgive me!
Someone who will accept me just as I Am!
Someone who took my place on the cross!
Someone who wants me to become like Him!
Someone who wants me to be with Him!
Someone who wants me to see His Glory!
Someone who wants to see Me happy always!

ITS MY JESUS WHO IS THE SAVIOUR OF MY SOUL WHO GAVE MEANING TO MY LIFE!!

AT THE CROSS...

Amidst suffering he withstood!
Amidst humiliation he forgave!
Amidst fear he fulfilled!
Amidst rejection he loved!
Amidst pain he thought of Me!

I FOUND THAT MY LIFE IS WORTH LIVING FOR THIS PERSON!!!

LIVE FOR JESUS!! Love you Jesus!

AMAZING GRACE

1 cor 15.10 - "But by the grace of God I am what I am"
Where would I have been without the Grace of God?.. Once I was lost in this World but now I am found to be in the Loving hands of my Saviour by the amazing Grace. Through all the sickness and weakness and loneliness His grace was there beside me to strengthen me all the time. The Almighty chose to show kindness and be gracious to me. He is my all in all, a person whom I can rely on, closer than anyone. His love is Better than life. Thank You Jesus for your immeasurable grace and unending love towards me, the work of your Hand!.
